Ingredients
Dough:
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 glass Pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0,5 glass Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence
- 0,5 glass Sugar
Filling:
- 180 gram Cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 piece Egg yolk
Instructions
- Sift flour into a bowl, add cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and sugar.
- Add eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla essence. Mix it.
- Now gradually add the flour mixture. Stir so that there are no lumps.
- Put the paper baking molds in the cupcake molds and fill them 3/4 full.
- In a bowl, whisk the cottage cheese, sugar and egg yolk until smooth.
- On top of each cake, put about 1 dessert spoon of cottage cheese filling without a slide. Take a toothpick and randomly draw patterns. Place the cupcakes in a preheated 180° oven for 15-20 minutes. Focus on your oven. Check the readiness of the cupcakes with a toothpick, if there is nothing left on it, you can take it out.
