Rice with Mussels in Creamy-Garlic Sauce Recipe

It's not difficult to cook the dish, but it will definitely appeal to many, because there is fragrant rice, and delicate seafood, and what a garlic-herbal aroma, and all this under a cheese crust. The dish turns out not only delicious, but also looks elegant thanks to the rice mixture.

Ingredients
- 100 gram Rice
- 150 gram Mussels frozen
- 20 gram Butter
- 20 gram Hard cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 120 milliliters Sour Cream (10%)
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning (Provence herbs)
- 1 teaspoon Flour wheat / Flour
- Salt
Instructions
- Prepare the food. Boil the rice in salted water and defrost the mussels.
- Melt the butter, add the chopped garlic. Fry for a minute.
- Add mussels. Stir, cover and fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the cream.
- Add a little salt, add Provencal herbs and flour.
- Stir, then wait a minute and remove from heat.
- Add mussels together with the sauce to the rice and mix. At this stage, you can already stop and serve to the table.
- But I wanted a cheese crust and serve this dish in portions. Arrange the rice with mussels into molds or small molds.
- Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Put it in a hot oven for 10 minutes, during which time the rice will be soaked with the aroma of the sauce, and the cheese will melt and turn into a beautiful crust. Enjoy your meal.
