Rolls of Dough "Shuttlecocks" Recipe
Rolls made of unleavened dough, with a very attractive appearance and a delicious combination of chicken meat, mushrooms, sorrel and spices. The smell of this dish will make the neighbors envy, because it is prepared with the addition of a large number of Italian herbs, which include: marjoram, thyme, oregano, mint, basil and others. As a result, you will get a fragrant lunch or dinner, it will please you with its excellent taste, which resembles the taste of dumplings (mantov).

Ingredients
Dough:
- 270 milliliters Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 420 gram Flour wheat / Flour
Filling:
- 400 gram Minced meat chicken
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Seasoning (Provence herbs)
- 200 gram Champignons
- 100 gram Sorrel
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
Additional:
- 300 milliliters Broth
- 200 gram Sour cream
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: put salt, sugar, vegetable oil in the water and mix. Add the sifted flour. Knead the dough and let it "rest" for 30 minutes.
- Cut mushrooms and sorrel. Add chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat, add seasoning, salt - mix the minced meat.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each one into a rectangle. Distribute the filling: put the minced chicken, mushrooms and sorrel on top.
- Roll the dough with the filling into a roll. The edges and ends of the roll are pinched and cut into equal pieces, from which mini-rolls are obtained.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the rolls in a baking dish, slices up. Add the broth so that it covers the rolls 2/3 of their height. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Serve with vegetables and sour cream or with your favorite sauce. Enjoy your meal!
