- 1 piece Puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 7 pieces Champagnons
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Tomato
- 0,5 teaspoon Basil
- 0,5 teaspoon Oregano
- 0,25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 7 pieces Green olives or black olives
- 20 gram Parmesan or any hard cheese
- Salt to taste
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 0,5 teaspoon Sesame seeds

- Put the mushrooms in a bowl. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. If tomatoes are not fleshy, remove the pulp from them so that there is less moisture. Send the sliced tomatoes to the mushrooms. We cut the olives lengthwise into 4 "circles" and also send them to the mushrooms. Add oregano, basil, pepper. Stir and add salt to taste. The filling for the rolls is ready.
