Ingredients
Salad
- 60 gram Peas (canned or frozen)
- 60 gram Cheese feta
- 60 gram Lettuce leaves
- 3 pieces Radish
- 1/2 teaspoons Allspice
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 40 gram Cucumber
- Salt (to taste)
Dressing
- 5 teaspoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Sugar powder
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over the young green peas from the freezer for 2 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water, immediately discard in a colander. Green peas can be boiled in salted water for a couple of minutes and rinsed with cold water.
- Wash the vegetables well. Chop the salad or cut it into small ribbons, cut the radish and cucumber into thin slices, add green peas.
- Mash the feta slightly with a fork.
- Add the feta to the vegetables and mix gently.
- For dressing, mix lemon juice, powdered sugar, olive oil in a separate cup - beat well with a fork.
- Pour the salad dressing, season with ground pepper, add chopped herbs. Anyone can add salt to the salad, I salted it.
