Ingredients
Salad:
- 100 gram Broccoli (inflorescence weight)
- 1 piece Tomato (small)
- 1 piece Cucumber (small)
- 1 piece Onion (small, half onion)
- 1 hundful Walnuts
- 1 hundful Raisins
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 100 gram Salami (meat lovers can add a little more; who does not eat sausage - boiled chicken will do)
- 1 piece Chicken egg (hard boiled)
Filling:
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream (any fat content to your taste; you can add more who loves more)
- 1 teaspoon Mustard (I love in grains)
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar (rice, white wine or Apple-any, can be replaced with lemon juice)
- Curry (a must! get a unique taste)
- 1 clove Garlic (for an Amateur, I'm even more put)

- Now the filling. In principle, you can fill it to your liking (even with mayonnaise), but I advise you to prepare this: sour cream, sugar, curry, mustard, vinegar and garlic passed through the press to mix. The sauce will turn out a little runny and sweet, but the salad turns out to be killer delicious! Just please don't forget the curry. He plays a major role in our salad.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, mix. Try it with a spoon. Delicious, right? But I have some more good news for you: if you let the salad stand for a couple more hours (and ideally overnight), then it will soak in the juice of vegetables and dressing and become, hmmm, even 10 times tastier) Enjoy your meal and be slim, beautiful and healthy!
