Salmon with Rice and Almonds Recipe
A very tasty lean dish. I am happy to recommend it on those days of fasting when it is allowed to eat fish. Today is the feast of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos - just such a day. Tender fish meat and fragrant rice are hidden under the crispy crust.

Instructions
- We will need salmon, shrimp, rice, olive oil.
- Boil the rice.
- Finely chop the salmon, shrimp, parsley, garlic, mix with boiled rice, salt, pepper, season with olive oil and knead the minced meat.
- Take 40 g of almonds.
- Chop it up.
- Minced fish and rice are laid out in molds, you can do as I do and put it in shells from under large mussels, sprinkle with ground almonds, sprinkle with olive oil
- Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees. The main thing is not to over-dry. The dish should turn out very juicy with a crispy crust.
