Semolina Cake "Pure Taste" Recipe
We can say that this is a classic. Semolina pie with milk, without any additives to semolina, I did not add flour. The pie turns out to be very tasty, and I think anyone who does not like semolina will be able to evaluate this baking positively.

Ingredients
Cake:
- 200 gram Semolina
- 200 ml Milk
- 180 gram Sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- Sunflower oil lubricate the form
Instructions
- Pour the semolina with milk and let it swell.
- Whisk sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and eggs with a whisk.
- Mix both mixtures thoroughly.
- Take any form. I took a silicone one and still smeared it with odorless sunflower oil. D is 20 cm and 5 cm of the height of my form. Pour the mixture into the mold. Preheat the oven to t-180 C and put the mold in it for 30-35 minutes. Focus on your oven. I have an electric oven with a volume of 15 liters, it is baked very quickly.
- After 25 minutes, check the mannik for "dry kindling". Mannik will bake perfectly.
- Remove the mannikin from the oven. Let it stand in the form for a while and transfer it to a dish. I have a form that needs to be turned over, and I put the mannikin on a wooden round board.
- Serve.
