Semolina porridge is familiar to all from childhood, but few people have pleasant memories associated with it. I slightly changed the classic recipe, adding cocoa. Together with fruit and sweet nut turned out a real dessert without refined sugar, which is perfect for Breakfast.
Instructions
- Mix together semolina, cocoa and a pinch of salt. Bring the milk to a boil, reduce the heat and stirring with a whisk gently pour the dry ingredients into it. The most important thing to stir well – no one likes lumps of semolina. Cook, stirring, for another 2-3 minutes. This is enough to thicken the porridge.
- Semolina base is great for creating a bowl. Choose fruits and berries that you like and add them to the porridge, in this case, you can not add sugar at all. When serving, sprinkle with sweet nut porridge and pour honey or Jerusalem artichoke syrup. From such porridge will not refuse neither the child, nor the adult.
