- 200 gram Shrimps peeled
- 125 gram Yogurt natural
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon Curry (powder)
- 2 glasses Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 glass Water
- Salt
- Sugar

Instructions
- Put the Christmas cakes on plates, sprinkle with red onion and sprinkle with lime juice. Place the shrimp on top with the sauce, lime slices and finely chopped coriander. Fold the cake in half and secure with a toothpick. Draw a half of a Christmas tree on a plate with yogurt. Garnish with coriander and cherry tomatoes.
