A great way to cook shrimps is to marinate them and make them into skewers! We made our skewers with plums. A great low-calorie dish, rich in protein and vital iodine.
For the marinade, grate the lime zest. Cut the lime in half, squeeze the juice from one half. Cut the coriander. Mix the lime juice and zest, coriander, olive oil and chili pepper. Separate part of the marinade for serving (this will be the sauce for skewers).
Marinate the shrimp (20 minutes). We string the shrimps and plums on skewers, fry them in a grill pan. Serve with coriander and lime sauce. Bon Appetit!
