Ingredients for making strudel. Peel the apples, remove the core. Soak the raisins for several hours, preferably overnight, in cold water.

Pre-defrost the dough. Lightly sprinkle the surface of the table with flour or lubricate with a thin layer of oil, vegetable oil is possible. Put a sheet of dough on the surface of the table, spread each subsequent sheet, shifting it by 3-4 cm, not forgetting to smear with butter. Do the same with the rest of the phyllo dough.
Lay out the filling.
Fold the edges of the future strudel to the center, roll it up.
Put the pleats on the last sheet of dough and wrap them with a roll. Brush the strudel with melted butter. Send it to the oven for baking. Cool the finished strudel, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
