  3. Prepare the dressing: mix the cheese with olive oil, pepper and knead with a fork until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the orange juice, bringing the dressing to the consistency of a gentle cream.
  5. Pour oil into a preheated frying pan, add the liver and mushrooms - fry for 2-3 minutes, almost ready.
  6. When the liver and mushrooms are almost ready, add the halves of cherry tomatoes to the pan, fry quickly - literally 20-30 seconds, remove the pan from the heat.
  7. In a large plate, put the lettuce leaves, distribute part of the dressing over them "drops".
  8. Put the warm ingredients on top of the lettuce leaves, put the remains of the filling on top.
  9. Ready!
