  7. Prepare a creamy onion sauce. Finely chop a small head of onion and 1 clove of garlic, fry in vegetable oil. Add 100 g of cream, in which pre-dilute 1 tbsp. l. flour. Mix it. Add salt and any seasonings. As soon as the sauce thickens, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
