- It is recommended to lubricate the pancakes immediately, still warm, so that they are better soaked. Sprinkle the top pancake with finely chopped herbs. In my opinion, it is better suited to dill. The finished cake is allowed to cool, soak, cool for a couple of hours in the refrigerator and serve as a cold snack. Enjoy your meal!
