- 1 clove Garlic

- 1 tablespoon Cream cheese
- 40 gram Butter 20 g for frying with onions and 20 g for buns
- 2 pinches Seasoning coriander and cumin - dry and ground
- 0,5 teaspoon Seasoning (for chicken)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Peel the garlic clove and onion. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in butter (20 g) until transparent. Put the onion and garlic in the bowl of a blender, salt and pepper and grind until smooth.
