Instructions
- You can make minced meat or buy it ready-made. Add a finely chopped onion to the minced meat, pepper with freshly ground black pepper and salt with sea salt (any). Connect. Beat in the egg and put 2 tbsp of white grated breadcrumbs. Carefully knead and shape the meatballs. From 400 g of minced chicken, I got 30 pieces of meatballs D~2.5 cm. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add a little salt and put the meatballs there. Cook until tender. This is about 10 minutes. Caught with a slotted spoon in a bowl of some sort. Leave the broth for the soup, having strained it. If you have chicken broth ready, you can use it instead of water. The soup will be richer and more satisfying. I use water.
- To prepare the soup, I will use a high saucepan, where I will first simmer the vegetables, and then immediately cook the soup. Use suitable utensils, vegetables can be steamed in a frying pan. Pour the oil, heat it and spread the finely chopped onion, Golden. Add the grated carrots. I grated half the carrots and cut the other half into small cubes. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. cut the Potatoes into a small cube and send them to a saucepan with onions and carrots. Again we languish for 5 minutes.
- Spread the spices: Basil; thyme; allspice and Cayenne pepper, which can be replaced with hot red pepper. If children will eat soup, do not put pepper. Then pepper the soup in a bowl. Stir and simmer for a couple of minutes to soak the vegetables in the aroma of spices. Pour the strained broth from under the meatballs. Cook until the potatoes are ready. Spread the pasta, cook for 3 minutes and send the garlic, tomato and Bay leaf to the pan. Try the salt and if you do not have enough of it, then add salt to taste. Another couple of minutes and the soup is ready. Let it stand for a while, the paste will come.
