Instructions
- First we'll make pancakes. I have a simple classic recipe for pancakes on soda. This recipe always makes pancakes for me. The taste is neutral, soft and elastic and can be stuffed with any filling. Whisk the eggs with the milk and water, add salt and sugar. Add flour and stir with a whisk. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare a delicious filling for pancakes. Lightly salted fat herring cut into fillets and cut into cubes (remove the bones). Cut green onions, avocado and sweet Crimean onions and drizzle with lemon juice. If the onion is bitter, it is better to do only green. Add 1-2 teaspoons of mayonnaise and pepper to taste. You don't need a lot of mayonnaise! Just to combine all the components of the filling.
