- 400 gram Beef On the bone
- 300 gram Chicken chicken Neck
- 300 gram Chicken liver
- 3 tablespoon Pearl barley
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 1 pieces Carrot
- 1 pieces Onion
- 500 gram Pickled cabbage
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste with slide
- 2 pieces Bay leaf
- 1/4 pieces Lemon to taste
- 2 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour for the filling
- 75 gram Butter
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying onions with carrots and tomato paste

Instructions
- When the meat cools down, disassemble it with your hands and put it back in the pan. As soon as the meat crumbles, immediately put the liver, seasoning, salt to taste, bay leaf and cook for 5-7 minutes. This is quite enough for cooking the liver and for it to be "wooden". Turn off, cover with a lid and let stand for 30-40 minutes.
