Instructions
- Add a little salt to the portions of chicken and pour the sweet and sour sauce from mahea. Based on the tastes of the family, I have 4 wings and 3 pieces of breast. I can only take the wings, only the breast, legs, and so on. For this amount of chicken, I have half a portion of sauce left, which is about 120 grams. Rub the sauce well into the chicken and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Cooking time excluding pickling.
- Grease the baking dish with a piece of butter. Put the chicken with the sauce. Put the cherry, garlic cloves, olives and pepper between the chicken. The quantity is indicated approximately, use everything according to taste and desire. I have mini peppers. They are moderately sharp. If you don't have the usual sweet pepper, cut it into slices, sharp slices and put it between the chicken pieces.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Focus on your oven. Then brush the chicken pieces with sauce and sprinkle very lightly with dried basil. Bake for another 10 minutes. The chicken turns out to be very tender, the sauce forms a light caramel crust when baking. The taste of sweet meat, with a slight piquant sourness and a slight aftertaste. Baked vegetables are no less delicious and are a great addition to chicken.
