- 15 gram Baking powder

- 1 pack Vanilla pudding
- 40 gram Sugar
- 150 ml Juice I have Apple

- Cherries are decanted from syrup. The syrup is used to make pudding. The liquid should be 500 ml, add the juice to the syrup. Mix a package of pudding, sugar, a small amount of syrup. Mix well with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Pour in the remaining syrup. Cook the pudding until thickened, remove from heat. Cool, stirring occasionally, so that a film does not form.
- To prepare the dough, beat an egg into the bowl of the mixer, add soft butter. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, mix and add to a bowl with egg, butter and sugar. Mix everything with a mixer. To get a crumb as a result, knead the dough with your hands. The dough turns out soft. Lightly sprinkle the dough with flour and roll it into a ball.
