- If the rice has absorbed all the liquid, and the meat is not ready, you can add a spicy mixture: water mixed with sour cream, seasoning and salt. If desired, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup. After adding the liquid, mix gently. Place the baking sheet in the oven until the meat is fully cooked.
