Dough:
- 370 ml Milk
- 40 gram Yeast pressed-bakery, or dry 11gr
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Sugar
- 150 gram Margarine or butter
- 600 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- Vanilin to taste
Filling:
- 2 glasses Poppy seeds
- 4 tablespoons Honey
- 0,5 glass Sugar

Instructions
- Let's start with making the dough. In warm milk, dissolve salt, vanillin and yeast. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar to a white air mass. Melt the margarine. Mix everything and add the sifted flour. Knead the dough. It will be sticky, but you don't need to add more flour. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
