Dough:
- 400 gram Sour cream Sour cream is better to take fatter, the dough is softer
- 50 gram Butter
- 1 pack Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 300 gram Flour If the dough sticks to your hands, you can add more flour, but do not overdo it. The dough should be soft
- 20 gram Vegetable oil

Instructions
- Roll out most of it and sprinkle with apple filling. Spread jam on top of the apples (I got raspberry). Roll out a small part of the dough and cover our cake on top. Seal all the edges. And put the pie in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C. After the cake is baked, spread it on top with a piece of butter, cover with foil and a towel and leave to cool.
