- 0,5 glass Whole grain flour
- 0,5 glass Rye flour
- 0,5 glass Oat flakes
- 1/4 glass Olive oil
- 1/4 glass Water hot
- 1 pinch Salt
- Sugar to taste
- 1 piece Egg
- 4 pieces Apples
- 1 handful Cranberries
- 0,5 glass Honey
- 70 gram Hazelnut
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cognac
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0,5 teaspoon Nutmeg

- For the dough, mix rye and wholegrain flour (sift both types). Add instant flakes, salt, a spoonful of sugar, soda. Mix olive oil and boiling water separately. Pour in the flour mixture, add half an egg and a tablespoon of nut-sugar crumbs. If necessary, add a little more flour. Cover with a towel and let cool.
- Pour brandy into a saucepan, pour out the apples. Add spices, honey, butter, a spoonful of flour. Simmer for a few minutes on low heat. The liquid should evaporate slightly, and the apple mixture should thicken. Add cranberries (can be frozen) and nut crumbs. Adjust the sweetness to taste, you can add more honey.
