In flour, add a little rust. butter, salt and egg. Do start mixing.
Gradually add warm (not hot) water. Knead dough.
Divide the dough into 2 halves, on one half add some more vegetable oils.
Cover the second half. Once again, knead the dough so that it absorbs all the oil. The dough should be very elastic.
Roll the dough into a ball and still pour oil, cover and leave until the filling is prepared. Apples peel, cut and sprinkle with lemon juice, raisins pour boiling water, nuts in the oven to dry (if necessary) and a little grind, sugar and cinnamon mix.
Roll out very thin dough. I have a silicone Mat, but you can use a towel, well sprinkle it with flour (if the dough is rolled out just on the table, then it will be very difficult to fold the strudel and transfer it to the baking sheet). Softened with butter (about 20-30 g), grease the dough layer, except for about 10 cm from one edge (this will be the seam).
Lay out evenly apples, raisins, nuts, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and distribute the rest of the butter.
Gently roll into a roll. The remaining 10 cm. brush with beaten egg and "glue" the seam.
Strudel together with a rug to shift on a baking sheet (if there is no rug, then a baking sheet to grease butter and sprinkle with flour). Lubricate the egg and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
During the baking process a few more times to coat the strudel with the egg. Once ready, you can cover with a damp towel. Bon appetit!!!
