I want to offer a very tasty and very simple salad recipe. Initially, this feeling was planned in the leaves of red cabbage, but unfortunately I did not find it. Replaced with ordinary white cabbage.
Separate 4 leaves from the cabbage, pour boiling water.
Slice the celery and radish.
Slice the avocado and tomato.
Despite the fact that my recipe states that you will need 5 tablespoons of boiled beans, I soaked and boiled in a pressure cooker (the program "beans" 40 minutes) the whole package of beans. I distributed the beans in portions into bags and sent them to the freezer, as needed, I will take it out and use it. Very convenient.
Mix everything in a salad bowl, season with olive oil and lemon juice.
Serve the salad on a cabbage leaf, lay out a lettuce leaf, lettuce itself))) Sprinkle with dill greens.
