Bubuti (Bobotie) - South African spicy minced meat baked with egg-milk mixture. Bubuti is an amazing dish. In fact, it is just minced meat with spices, but you will see how many of them and how cunningly they are intertwined. As a side dish, prepare, as well as African, sweet yellow rice.

Instructions
- I recommend taking beef or lamb minced meat. The above list does not include (but is mandatory) chutney and Worcestershire sauce. It turned out that there were no such ingredients on the kitchen table. Chutney (2 tbsp.) is an unusual spicy-sweet fruit sauce. You can try to buy it in Indian stores. I ordered an ozone-powered car. Worcestershire sauce (2 tbsp.) - sweet and sour English sauce, it is easier to find. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
