- Warm milk, yeast + 1 tbsp flour + sugar mix, leave for 15 minutes. before the formation of funny hats. Add salt, 2 eggs, vanilla sugar, grated butter, flour (it took me 600 gr.) knead the dough (it should not stick to your hands). Put in a warm place for 40 minutes. (I used to preheat the oven to 50-60 degrees and spread the dough without a lid, but I don't forget to turn off the oven)
