Cheesecake with Apples Recipe

Ingredients
Main:
- 250 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 3 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 80 gram Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
- 4 pieces Apples
For the fill:
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 80 gram Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: whisk the cottage cheese and egg with an immersion blender.
- Add flour, baking powder, vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and mix everything well.
- Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
- To fill, whisk the sour cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Cover the baking dish with baking paper or brush with butter, if the form is silicone, as I have, this does not need to be done. Put the dough in the mold and smooth it out.
- Put the apples on top and pour the sour cream filling.
- Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 50 minutes.
