Chicken, Mushroom and Corn Gravy Recipe
Flavorful, bright, creamy gravy is a great addition to any side dish! For a full taste, mushrooms must be taken from the forest, not from the greenhouse (I have white ones, but others are perfect), and smoked paprika will add extra brightness to the taste.

Ingredients
Basic:
- 400 gram Chicken thigh
- 200 gram Mushroom
- 100 gram Corn fresh
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Tomato
Gravy:
- 300 ml Cream not greasy
- 2 teaspoons Paprika sweet smoked, ground
- 3 pieces Allspice (peas)
- 1 piece Bay leaf
- Salt to taste
- Black olives pitted, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken and mushrooms.
- Cut the chicken into large pieces, the mushrooms are smaller.
- Cut corn into thin circles, onion and tomato - at random.
- In vegetable oil, over high heat, fry the chicken with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes, with the addition of salt and paprika until Golden brown.
- Add a little water, cream, spices and simmer on low heat under the lid until tender.
- Serve with your favorite side dish, adding olives to taste.
