- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 2 pieces Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning (Italian herbs) to taste
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 4 tablespoons Milk
- 1 teaspoon Flour
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Dill to taste

- Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two parts. Beat off each part. Brush a sheet of parchment with vegetable oil, sprinkle with fine salt and a mixture of Provencal herbs, lay the fillets between the parchment sheets. Apply a little pressure.
