But the Chinese hostess will prepare a surprisingly delicious salad from these banal products in 15 minutes, which translates from Chinese as "Black Dragon". And I assure you, you will be surprised by its excellent taste, completely different from what we are used to cooking from such a set of products!

- The secret to the lightning-fast cooking of this dish is the extremely thin slicing of all the salad ingredients. For vegetables, I used a Berner grater (you can use a grater to cook Korean carrots), but the meat had to be cut by hand, but since it is only 100 grams, it did not cause difficulties. So, the potatoes cut into thin slices are lowered into boiling water for 10 seconds, and then we throw them into a colander to drain all the water. This manipulation will get rid of excess starch and will not allow potatoes to stick together when frying.
- Then red pepper, garlic, vinegar, sugar, sesame and soy sauce. All this should be fried after the meat for another 10 seconds. In total, our salad should be cooked in just 30 seconds! Vegetables remain crispy, but not raw, because potatoes have undergone additional heat treatment in boiling water, and other products do not need processing. Thanks to the thin slicing, the meat has time to cook in 30 seconds, but if such a short processing confuses you, you can increase the time to 1-2 minutes. In any case, before removing the wok from the fire, try the products for readiness, as your slicing may differ from mine, and the potatoes may be too raw.
