Ingredients
Dough:
- 270 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 50 ml Kefir
- 70 ml Vegetable oil
- 50 gram Sugar
- 0,5 gram Vanilin
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Instructions
- Let's start with the preparation of the nut filling. To do this, chop the nuts in a blender.
- In a saucepan, mix sugar, butter and water. Warm up until the sugar and butter are dissolved. Add the nuts and mix well. Leave to cool a little.
- Prepare the dough. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, kefir, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla.
- Add flour and baking powder in parts. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, according to the size of the baking sheet. Place the dough on greased parchment. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Brush with jam.
- Put the warm nut filling on top.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes. Until the edges of the dough are slightly browned.
- Ready-made cakes to cool. Trim the edges. Cut into squares.
- Then cut the squares in half diagonally into triangles.
- Brush the corners with melted chocolate. Put the cookies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
