Cottage Cheese Biscuit "Summer Mix" Recipe
For the first time I learned about a biscuit with fruit from "Burda", back in the last century. I can't count how many of them I've made since then, many and different. Today with strawberries and peaches, on cottage cheese dough... Great treat for tea.

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt.

  3. Quickly knead the dough, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or 10 minutes in the freezer.

  4. Before forming, turn on the oven to warm up. Wash and dry the strawberries and peaches, cut them.

  5. Roll out the dough in a circle. Mix the starch and 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar. Stepping back from the edges, the dough is powdered with a mixture of starch (2/3).

  6. Spread out the strawberries and peaches, sprinkle with brown sugar, with the remaining starch mixture.

  7. Wrap the edges of the dough, forming a biscuit, grease the sides with cream.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees, until nicely browned. Cool the finished biscuit slightly on the grill.
