  1. Put bran, cream, raisins or cranberries, vanilla extract, cottage cheese, lemon zest, sugar to taste in a blender and whisk.
  2. Pour the resulting mixture into a saucepan and put it on a small fire. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil, but do not bring to a boil! Remove from the heat.
  3. Mix the yolks easily and pour in a tablespoon of the hot mixture, stir and pour, stirring, back into the saucepan.
  4. Put the pan on a low heat and, stirring, bring to a boil, but do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool.
  5. Put part of the peach in the glasses, the cooled cottage cheese on top, spread with the remaining peach.
