Fish Gratin with Spinach and Olives Recipe
Gratin is any sweet or unsweetened dish baked in the oven until an appetizing crust forms. In fact, it's the same casserole. I offer you a delicious, fragrant fish gratin with spinach and olives. This dish is suitable for any non-boneless fish: white or red. I do a lot of ice fishing.
