- 300 gram Squid
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic
- Salt (sea)
- Pink pepper (or mixture to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Mustard (sweet, to taste)
- 1 clove Garlic
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- Lettuce leaves

- Cool slightly, cut into thin slices. Cut the sweet white onion into half rings. Mix oil, white balsamic or lemon juice, sweet mustard, soy sauce, crush a tiny clove of garlic, salt, pink pepper. Lay out the still warm chicken fillet and squid with onions. Let all the ingredients marinate for 5 minutes.
