Lamb Soup "Mediterranean" Recipe
This soup, so to speak, became impromptu with lamb and pizza pasta. The result exceeded all expectations! The soup turned out very tasty.

  4. Sauce: 400 gr. grated tomatoes, 4 onions (not peeled), pre-fried in 50 g. olive oil (2 minutes), add 1.5 tbsp dried basil, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp sugar, simmer for 2 minutes, when cooled, add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. (then discard the garlic).
