- Prepare the filling. You can take any curd cheese, I have a light ricotta. Prepare jars with products: sweet corn, green peas, pickled delicatessen gherkins. You will also need dill, bell pepper, garlic, mayonnaise, salt to taste. Mix cottage cheese with mayonnaise, chopped dill, crushed garlic, salt. Mix the curd mass. Since I will have 4 types of fillers for the filling, divide the mass into 4 parts.
