Open Pies with Cottage Cheese and Cheese Recipe
We offer to bake incredibly delicious yogurt pies stuffed with cottage cheese, cheese and herbs. A very successful, quick dough. Previously, such pies were always made from yeast dough, but after trying to cook them on such a dough, now I cook them only in this way.

Ingredients
Dough:
- 370 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 250 ml Kefir
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Soda
Filling:
- 250 gram Cottage cheese
- 100 gram Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Chicken egg for greasing pies
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix kefir with salt, sugar and vegetable oil.
- Add flour mixed with baking soda in parts. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
- Divide into 8 parts.
- Roll out each part of the dough into a circle 3-4 mm thick.
- For the filling, mix cottage cheese, grated cheese, crushed garlic and dill greens, add salt to taste. Mix it. If the cottage cheese is dry, then you can add a little sour cream or mayonnaise. Spread the filling evenly over the rolled dough.
- Roll out the edges on both sides towards each other.
- Pinch the edges.
- Place the formed pies on a baking sheet.
- Brush with egg dough and filling, put in the oven for 25-30 minutes until they are browned.
