Ingredients
For the filling:
- 150 gram Chicken liver
- 1 piece Onion
- 4 tablespoons Rice
- 2 tablespoons Melted butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Broth
Dough:
- 1 pack Puff pastry
- 1 piece Chicken egg to lubricate the semi-finished product before baking
- Sesame seeds for sprinkling products before baking
Instructions
- Boil chicken liver (150 gr.), pass through a meat grinder, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Chop the onion into small cubes. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the pan and saute the onion until Golden. Cook rice (4 tablespoons) in salted water until Al dente. In a bowl, combine the components of the filling for baking, adjust the salt to taste, add a little broth. The filling should turn out to be tender and soft in consistency.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a layer. Cut the dough layer into squares of equal size. The approximate number of squares is 16-18 pieces.
- On the side of the corner, make small cuts with a roller knife for the dough, not reaching the middle by about 1-1. 5 cm,as shown in the photo. Put the filling on the second, opposite part.
- Connect the outer opposite corners of the square. Along the edge of the triangle, press the sides with a fork.
- Place the triangles on a baking sheet covered with parchment or silicone Mat. Grease with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Send the baking sheet to a preheated oven to 190-200C.
- Bake until Golden brown.
