Instructions
- We prepare products for the test for every 100 g of flour: one egg, one tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.
- Making the dough. In the flour, break the egg, salt and pour the oil. Knead the dough first with a spatula, and then work with your hands. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. It doesn't stick to your hands, but it's tight. Roll it into a ball and let it stand for 30 minutes, covering the dishes with a film. Let's do the filling. We clean the pumpkin, cut it into plates, put it on a form (baking sheet), add salt, add spices, cut garlic, pour a little oil. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at T-180 C. This time was enough for me to make the pumpkin soft and browned.
- Pieces of baked pumpkin are placed in a bowl and mashed with a fork. Add the cheese. I'll grate the cheese. It will be very tasty with cottage cheese, I just did not have it and I will use hard cheese that melts well. At the request of pepper, if there are children, then do not need to do this! The filling is ready.
- Roll out the dough very, very thin. Cut off the uneven edges and cut into squares with a side of ~ 4.5-5 cm. Forming ravioli (see photo). From the number of ingredients for the filling and dough, I got 15 PCs.
- Boil in salted water. It will be very tasty to boil ravioli in chicken broth. The filling is ready, it will be enough for 3-5 minutes. Serve. You can serve with broth, or you can serve without, adding sour cream.
- Eat. It's delicious!
