- 150 gram Chicken fillet
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 piece Chicken egg large egg for omelet preparation
- 1 teaspoon Flour wheat / Flour no slide for scrambled eggs
- Mayo to taste
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning (Provence herbs) to taste
- Vegetable oil to lubricate the parchment before baking chicken fillet and omelet
- Dill for sprinkling the finished dish

- Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two parts. Each part was repelled. Brush a sheet of parchment with vegetable oil, sprinkle with fine salt and a mixture of olive herbs, lay the fillets between the parchment sheets. Squeeze slightly. Bake in a dry pan until cooked on both sides. Cool. Then cut into small cubes.
