- 400 gram Shrimps without a shell
- 200 gram Onions
- 100 gram Bulgarian peppers
- 1 teaspoon Peppers red hot chilli
- 150 gram Tomato
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 80 ml Coconut milk
- Seasoning to taste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger finely grated
- 0,5 piece Lemon squeeze out the juice
- Strawberry to taste

- The sauce should be spicy, slightly salty, with sourness. Lay out the shrimp, sprinkle with herbs and warm up. If your shrimp is not cooked, add them to the sauce, cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve the dish, garnished with lettuce leaves. They have shrimp sauce on them. Coconut milk and ginger gave a delicious combination to the sauce and shrimp.
