- 160 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 155 milliliters Cream (10%)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
- Red hot pepper to taste

- Vegetable oil for fry

Instructions
- Add salt, baking powder, red pepper, turmeric, oregano to the sifted flour. Mix it. Pour in the cream and vegetable oil. Knead a soft dough. Cover with foil and leave for 15-20 minutes. Divide the dough into equal pieces. Roll into a ball, leave alone for 5 minutes. Roll out thin cakes on a slightly dusty work surface.
