Spicy Roast Pork Recipe
Fried pork - already from these words treacherously rumbles in the stomach... And what will happen to it if you fry pork according to this recipe - in a spicy soy marinade with coriander and ginger, and even with unusual slicing. I will not torment you, help yourself, dear lovers of spicy Asian cuisine. P.S.: the recipe specifies the amount of spices for the average sharpness of the finished meat, if desired, you can increase or decrease to your liking.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork neck
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 tablespoon Coriander ground
- 1 teaspoon Ginger dried
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds fried
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
- The time is indicated without pickling. Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into thin slices, but not completely.
- Mix the dry spices. Mix soy sauce with pepper and garlic paste.
- Put the meat in a "dense" bowl, add salt and sugar, spices and soy-pepper mixture.
- LUBRICATE each "petal" with marinade.
- Turn over and leave for 30-60 minutes.
- 40 minutes before serving, heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, put the meat in it, sliced down. Fry for 10-15 minutes on medium heat, it is more convenient under the lid.
- Gently turn over, fry on the other side 7-10 minutes on medium heat. Pour in the remaining marinade, 100 ml. boiling water, close the lid and bring to readiness on low heat, 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with fried sesame seeds, to spicy snacks. On the side dish - boiled rice. Meat looks presentable on the table.
