- Grate the yolks on a fine grater. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. From sausages (sausages, boiled sausages, whatever you have), make preparations for future "piglets". Finely chop the leftovers, add to the grated cheese. If the mushrooms are fresh, take 100 g, finely chop and fry, if desired - you can with onions. I took fried mushrooms out of the freezer. Add, so to speak, the prepared dressing of mayonnaise and mustard seeds to the salad, mix everything.
