Dough:
- 2,5 glasses Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 1/3 teaspoon Vanilin
- 200 ml Water warm
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
Filling:
- 300 gram Cottage cheese
- 125 gram Jam can be replaced with sugar and raisins/nuts/dried apricots
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Semolina can be replaced with starch or flour

Instructions
- Put it in the microwave. Also put a glass of hot water in the microwave. It's more convenient for me to do two injections. The power of the microwave ovens is set to a minimum! Turn it on for 3 minutes. The oven turned off. Let the dough rest for exactly 3 minutes. Turn on the microwave for 6 minutes at minimum (!) power. After turning off, leave the dough in the oven for 6 minutes. The dough will NOT rise in a minute, and the door will NOT OPEN! Only after the last 6 minutes, you can remove the dough and a glass of water.
