- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 ml Milk (3.2%)
- 250 gram Hard cheese
- 100 gram Butter
- 2 piece Zucchini
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1 pack Baking powder
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt

- For the dough: Grate the zucchini together with the peel on a coarse grater. Add flour, baking powder, grated cheese, finely chopped dill. Mix everything together. Then add eggs, sugar, salt, butter and milk and mix again. Evaluate the consistency of pancakes. If the dough is liquid, add a couple more spoonfuls of flour and mix again.
